At NammaTrend, we aim to provide a seamless local shopping experience. Because we bridge the gap between you and your local vendors, we have established the following guidelines to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.
1. The “Check & Return” Policy (Doorstep)
We encourage all customers to inspect their items at the time of delivery.
- Instant Returns: If you are not satisfied with the product or see any damage upon arrival, you can return it to the delivery partner immediately.
- Cost: This service is FREE.
- Acceptance Policy: Once you accept the order from the delivery partner, you confirm that the product was received in good condition and is not damaged. 2.Post-Delivery Returns (Within 24 Hours)
- If you decide to return an item after the delivery partner has left, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to initiate a return through one of the following methods:
A. Direct Vendor Return
- You may visit the vendor’s shop physically to return the item.
- This must be completed within 24 hours of purchase.
- Please ensure you have your invoice/order ID ready on the app and physically with Order. B. App-Based Pickup Request
- Navigate to the “Return Section” in the NammaTrend app.
- Process:
- Submit your return request.
- Our Customer Executive will call you to verify the reason for return.
- A pickup boy will be assigned to collect the item and bring it to the NammaTrend office.
- Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to determine eligibility for a refund.
- Fee: A processing and pickup fee of ₹20 applies to all app-based return requests.
3. Eligibility & Damaged Goods
- Post-Acceptance Damage: If a return is requested after the delivery is completed and the item is found to be damaged, it will be assumed the damage occurred while in the customer’s possession. In such cases, the item is NOT eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved after our office inspection:
- Method: The refund will be credited directly to your UPI ID.
- Timeline: Refunds are processed shortly after the inspection is cleared.
- Rejections: If the item is found ineligible for a refund, we will return the item back to your registered pickup address.
5. Delivery Fees
Please note that delivery fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Standard Delivery: ₹ 20 (Within 24 Hours)
Note: NammaTrend reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our quality standards or if the 24-hour window has passed.
