Our platform is a multivendor marketplace that allows independent sellers (“Vendors”) to list and sell products/services to customers (“Users”, “Buyers”, “you”). 2. Marketplace Role

• Muddebihal Market acts as a facilitator/platform connecting independent Vendors with Buyers.
• Products listed on the platform are sold by individual Vendors, not directly by us, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Each Vendor is solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, quality, and fulfillment of orders.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Vendor Obligations

Vendors registering on the platform agree to:

• List only genuine, legal, and accurately described products.
• Fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection, tax, and trade laws.
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices. We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any Vendor account that violates these obligations.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices listed are set by the respective Vendor and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated on the product page.
• Payments are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway(s).
• We are not responsible for payment disputes arising from incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false, misleading, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or disrupt platform security or operations.
• Resell counterfeit or unauthorized goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, design, and branding — is the property of Muddebihal Market unless otherwise credited. Vendor-uploaded content (images, descriptions) remains the property of the respective Vendor, who grants us a license to display it on the platform.

• Disputes, quality issues, or delivery delays directly caused by a Vendor.
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from platform downtime.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Buyers and Vendors should first be raised through our platform’s support/resolution system. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muddebihal, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
